Founded by Mandy Refier in 2016, Cotton has been growing and helping new parents each and every week. As a new mom in 2014, Mandy had a difficult time finding parenting classes in her area. After juggling twins and a lot of over nighters, Mandy successfully launched Cotton in 2016 in San Diego, California.
